RANDOM

I read this article on MSN.com about a study that centered around what average teenage girls are really thinking, feeling, and experiencing in today’s world. It reminded me of myself when I was in middle and high school always worrying if I would one day fit in. Those days are behind me. But The Girl Project also reminds me of myself now. Teenage girls share common insecurities and everyday worries with older women. I’m constantly dealing with young girls in my career who are terribly scared about being outcasted and doing whatever it takes to fit in. It’s not about age but character and desire. Everyone wants the same things from life. And I think that’s really the point that Kate Engelbrecht is trying to make with this experiment. You should all grab a copy of “Please Read (if at all possible)”. Amazing book!
